Passing Leadership To Fest

I am passing the leadership of the guild to Fest.

There are three major reasons:

1) Workload. I have been appointed to a new position at work that makes very severe demands on my time. Typically I am working for the foreseeable future for about 60 to 70 hours per week.

2) My health - has not been good. When I get back from work I typically crash.

3) My computer has not been running well at all. I do not have the funds to repair it.

These have all severely limited my time and I can't give the guild the time it needs from a leader.

Fest knows what we are about, and I am sure will do a great job. If at some point he wishes to turn it back to me when things settle down, that is cool. If not I'm happy just to play.

First rule of business:

Rebuild: This will be a four phase operation.

Phase One: Over the next couple days I will be rebuilding this forum because KG and i can not figure out how to get the admin rights over to me.. Even as a moderator I can not clear messages for some reason. I have never been a big fan of proboards, not enough options, imho.

Phase Two: We will be booting accounts which have not been active in the past two weeks once the new forum goes live. Accounts, not toons. If you have alts and have logged at least one on, then there will be no change for you there. This is in preparation for phase four. Those of you that are officers will have some new responsibilities. We will also be establishing a "pecking order" per se. The game does not allow for ranks, but some forums do. Hence one of the main reasons I want to change forums.

Phase Three: We will be revisiting the rules one by one and coming to a consensus as to which ones work perfectly, which work for the most part and which ones do not work. The overall vision of this guild will not change.

Phase Four: Growth. There will be more added here later. After phase one is complete.

Kg, any time you want the guild back, drop me a line. I will remain in contact with you before changes are finalized. And thank you for the vote of confidence.

Hey gratz fest. Also just wanted to say sorry as well for not being online much. major computer issues as well and well....lack there of of work hours. however i'd like to remain in the guild if at all possible.
