Hey, got a private message directing me to visit these forums. Read the rules, anything else I need to do?

If you have not yet received a guild invite you can send a mail to Wyke, KGhochikitty, Prophylfest, Jobber or any other character name you see on the forum, and you will receive a sigil in the mail. Do not mail to the forum username as that will likely be returned. Other than that, welcome to the Kampfgruppe

Fest will be coordinating this group. Thus far he, myself and Limmi are interested.

Cool. I'll hold off on joining until I've decided what character to create, which in turn will depend upon what classes ya'll are picking.

This was the duo thread. After talking about it he felt a full group would be better.

So I think I am confused. We are talking two different things here. nrm, are you someone that is already in the guild? Not to be a douche, but if it is the super leet group I am proposing I will not be inviting anyone I have not already played with as it will require some decent skill and some definite character building knowledge as well as communication success. If you are just looking to join the guild then that is something completely different and you can join whenever you want. The hardcore PD is not the same thing as the super leet. Just let us know and we can get things on the right track.

Happy to clarify.
I've always been interested in PD and RP guilds, but have never been a member.
When KG Wiking made a post on the general DDO forums, I jumped at the chance to join PD static group
So no, I have never done Permadeath or no rest shrine groups, but I'd be happy to run a few quests with you, if you'd like to test my abilities.

My personal recommendation to you will be to join the guild first. We have more than one style of permadeath play and I personally think that if you have never done PD you may want to run a little bit more casually first. If you want we are beginning a new PD group tonight and it would be a perfect chance for you to see if you even like the style of play. If this interests you send an in game mail to prophylfest and I will send you a guild invite. No strings attached. If you try and don't like it say your goodbyes and happy hunting. I do suggest, however, that you read the guild rules kampfgruppeguild.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=rules&action=display&thread=13 before you do so.

So --- Fest maybe the best way to work this out would be for each of us to pick a type we would like to play and then figure out a time to play. I'll fill out the party. We probably would want to do the Grotto first - then the village and the island. If we do them all on elite it will not be easy. Maybe then cherry pick which quests are best for risk/reward in the Harbor. Just some thoughts KG

KG Stormtroopers
The elite of the elite is what we will become.
Stormtrooper guidelines:
As for who is playing what class, we are still only at three of us confirmed for this group. KG, Nrm(thalia) and I. We need at least one more. I will be playing an arcane unless someone else really wants to, which I doubt. If there are any questions, please ask away.
**Edited to add the Red

I'm fine with divine. If someone else wants to play healer, I'm thinking bard or a special build I've been considering for a while (Monk/Rogue/Fighter 6/12/2 Ninja/Acrobat Staff Wielder)

I really think you'll want six full group for this. I will still play whatever is left out. I may go with - A dwarven battle cleric - A Paladin/Fighter Intimitank - A Half-Orc Barb/Ftr Or anything else Limmi may want in

Limmi is more than welcome to have in. I love playing with him, but he has to actually be online... And I would love six, that's why I am in no hurry to get this started... Slowly slowly.
